ORDINANCE NO. 4331
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1996 TRAFFIC CODE BY:
REPEALING SUBSECTION (35) BLACK HAWK ROAD OF SECTION
551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN
STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION
(35) BLACK HAWK ROAD OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED
AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS;
AND BY ADDING SUBSECTION (la) BLACK HAWK ROAD TO
SECTION 565, TWO HOUR PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (35) Black Hawk Road of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1996 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
(35) Black Hawk Road of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All
Times on Certain Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(35) Black Hawk Rd. Both sides from Katoski Drive to Oriole
Avenue, except for two hour parking fifty
(50) feet on either side of the driveway to
1720 Black Hawk Road; southeast side from
Ansborough Avenue to the flood dike;
northeast side from Downing to Ansborough
Avenue; southeast side from Downing Avenue to
Fletcher Avenue
That Subsection (la) Black Hawk Road is hereby added to Section
565, Two Hour Parking, of the 1996 Traffic Code, as follows :
(la) Black Hawk Rd. Both sides fifty (50) feet on either side of
the driveway to 1720 Black Hawk Road.
