ORDINANCE NO. 4332
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EAST-WEST
UNIMPROVED SEVENTEEN (17) FEET OF RIGHT-OF-
WAY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF HUNTINGTON
ROAD, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The North 17' wide strip of Huntington Road right-of-
way as dedicated in Central Heights Addition that lies
Westerly of the extension Southerly of the Westerly
line of Lot 65 Central Heights Addition and Easterly of
the Southerly extension of the Westerly line of Lot 163
Central Heights II Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the City' s
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above
the above described property.
