AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1996 TRAFFIC CODE BY:
REPEALING SUBSECTION (66) SUMNER STREET OF
SECTION 541 , INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN
AREAS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW
SUBSECTION (66) SUMNER STREET OF SECTION 541,
INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN AREAS; AND
REPEALING SUBSECTION (331) RIEHL STREET OF
SECTION 551 , PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON
CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A
NEW SUBSECTION (331) RIEHL STREET OF SECTION 551,
PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN
STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (66) Sumner Street of Section 541 , Increasing Speed
Limits in Certain Areas, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed
in its entirety; that a new Subsection (66) Sumner Street of Section
541, Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of the 1996 Traffic
Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(66) Sumner Street -
from East Fourth Street to Linden Avenue 25 mph
That Subsection (331) Riehl Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited
at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby
repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection (331) Riehl Street of
Section 551 , Parking Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of
the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(331) Riehl Street South side from Burton Avenue to
Riverside Drive; north side from
Lincoln Street to Columbia; north side
from Broadway to Burton Avenue
