ORDINANCE NO. 4334
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 86 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 85, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Eighty-six (86) .
"86 .
The East 350 ft of the West % of the South Ten (10)
acres of the SE 1/ of the NE 14 except the South 125 . 5
feet and except the highway, Section 11, Township 89,
Range 13 , all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1"
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2/C-
Z" Conditional Zoning District as above described subject to the
following conditions : "
1 . That the request be in compliance with all
applicable city codes regarding landscaping,
drainage, setbacks, etc .
2 . That the entire commercially developed site be
screened. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
