ORDINANCE NO. 4338
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1996 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (68) HANNA BLVD. OF
SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION (68) HANNA
BLVD. OF SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsection (68) Hanna Blvd. of Section 543 , Thru
Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection (68) Hanna Blvd. of Section 543 ,
Thru Streets, of the 1996 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu
thereof as follows :
(68) Hanna Blvd. Falls Avenue to Joy Drive except for four-way
stops at Upton Avenue and Maynard Avenue

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: January 4, 1999
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: January 4 , 1999
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: January 4 , 1999
