ORDINANCE NO. 4339
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE ALLEY GENERALLY
LOCATED WITHIN THE BLOCK BOUNDED BY WEST 21sT
STREET, HIGHWAY 218, AND LA PORTE ROAD, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The sixteen (16) foot east-west platted alley in
Kenwood Park Addition lying North of Lot 5 said
Addition, and South of parts of Lots 7 and 8 said
Addition; also the sixteen (16) foot north-south alley
in Kenwood Park Addition that lies West of and adjacent
to Lots 5, 4, 3 , and 2 of said Addition and East of and
adjacent to Lots 9, 10, 11, and part of Lot 8 said
Addition; also the South sixteen (16) feet of Lot 2 of
Kenwood Park Addition that is currently being used as
right-of-way, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated subject to the City' s
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above
the southern 16 feet of Lot 2 of the above described property.
