ORDINANCE NO. 4350
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF ALLEY
GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE BLOCK BOUNDED BY
JEFFERSON STREET, COMMERCIAL STREET, WEST
PARK AVENUE AND WEST 3RD STREET, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
That part of the 20 feet platted alley in Block No. 6
in the Original Plat on the West Side of the Cedar
River that lies Northwesterly of a line 10 feet
Southeasterly of the Southeasterly line of Block No. 6,
said Addition, (said line being the Northwesterly line
of Park, Avenue as now established) , and Southeasterly
of a line that is an extension of the Northwesterly
• line of the Southeasterly One-half of Lot 9, said Block
and Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.

PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: April 12 , 1999
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: April 12, 1999
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of

Mayor on the 14th day of April, 1999 .
