AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE 8' 8" UTILITY
EASEMENT TO 5 FEET PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED
ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF 147 TRIBLE ROAD, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
Lot 150 of the 3rd Addition to Cedar Terrace, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
