ORDINANCE NO. 4354
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE EAST-
WEST UNIMPROVED TWENTY (20) FEET WIDE ALLEY
GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN THORSON AVENUE AND
BREEES STREET, WEST OF ASHLAND AVENUE, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That part of the 20 foot east-west alley platted in
Christie Addition that lies Easterly of a line drawn
from the Southwesterly corner of Lot 6 Block 3 Christie
Addition to the Northwesterly corner of Lot 19 Block 3
Christie Addition and West of a line drawn from the
Southeast corner of Lot 1 Block 3 of said addition to
the Northeast corner of Lot 24 Block 3 of said
addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
