ORDINANCE NO. 4358 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION (b) (13) TO SUBSECTION (7) , REQUIRED DOCUMENTS—SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN, OF SUBSECTION C, PROCEDURE, OF SECTION 2A-43 , GENERAL REGULATIONS, OF PART XIX, "R-P" PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT. That Subsection (b) (13) is hereby added to Subsection (7) , Required Documents—Site Development Plan, of Subsection C, Procedure, of Section 2A-43 , General Regulations, of Part XIX, "R-P" Planned Residence District, of Zoning Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, as follows : "13 . However, the applicant may also choose an alternate two- stage public hearing process in which the following would occur: a. The applicant would need to submit an overall site plan with a preliminary layout of streets, lots, types of development, access drives, peripheral setbacks, and a legal description of the property. Such a plan would be forwarded to the Planning Commission for their recommendation on the rezoning of the land only. However, nothing in this section shall be deemed to constitute approval of (b) below upon approval of this section. b. If approved by the City Council after review by the Commission, said Planned Residence area would then go to a second hearing for the approval of the final development plan. Said final plan would include the criteria listed above (1-12) and with any additional information deemed necessary by the Planning Commission.
