ORDINANCE NO. 4360
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SEVENTEEN (17) FOOT
EASEMENT ABUTTING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3939
VALDEZ DRIVE GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF
HUNTINGTON ROAD, WEST OF THE CENTRAL SCHOOL
GROUNDS, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That part of the 17 foot wide strip of vacated
Huntington Road that lies Easterly of the Southerly
extension of Lot 166 Central Heights II Addition, and
Westerly of the Southerly extension of the Easterly
line of Lot 167 said addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of a perpetual easement lying 5 feet Easterly of and
parallel to the Westerly line of the above described parcel .
