ORDINANCE NO. 4362
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE PLATTED UTILITY
EASEMENTS GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF MELISSA LANE AND THE SAN MARNAN
DRIVE ACCESS ROAD, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The 5 foot Utility easement platted in Sturdy Addition
that lies North of and adjacent to the South line of
Lot 3 said addition, except that part lying 8 feet West
of and parallel to the East line of said lot, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
The 8 foot Utility easement platted in Sturdy Addition
that lies South of and adjacent to the North line of
Lot 2 said addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
The 8 foot Utility easement platted in Sturdy Addition
that lies South of and adjacent to the North line of
Lot 1 said addition, except that part lying 8 feet West
of and parallel to the East line of said lot, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
