AN ORDINANCE VACATING 260 FEET OF SIDEWALK
RIGHT-OF-WAY GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE 400
BLOCK OF CHESTNUT STREET, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The sidewalk on the North side of Chestnut Street
between the East line of the West 30 feet of Lot 6
Block 8 of Railroad Addition extended south through
said right-of-way, and West of the East line of Lot 1
Block 8 said addition extended south through said
right-of-way, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa; •
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
