ORDINANCE NO. 4364
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE ALLEY GENERALLY
LOCATED IN THE 800 BLOCK WEST OF RHEY, NORTH
OF FOWLER, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOG, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The 20 foot wide alley as platted in Block 2 of
Zollinger' s Addition, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the city' s
retention of a permanent easement over, under and above the above
described property.
