AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1999 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
ADDING SUBSECTIONS (78a) DARLENE COURT AND
(396a) VEGAS COURT TO SECTION 551, PARKING
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS;
AND
REPEALING SUBSECTIONS (14 ) BYRON AND (104 )
TERRACE DRIVE OF SECTION 553, NO PARKING HERE
TO CORNER; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW
SUBSECTIONS (14) BYRON AND (104 ) TERRACE
DRIVE OF SECTION 553, NO PARKING HERE TO
CORNER; AND
ADDING SUBSECTION (56a) LESTER TO SECTION
553, NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER; AND
ADDING SUBSECTION (3a) MOIR STREET TO SECTION
556, NO PARKING HERE TO ALLEY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That Subsections (78a) Darlene Court and (396a) Vegas Court
of Section 551, Parking Prohibited At All Times On Certain
Streets, of the 1999 Traffic Code, are hereby added as follows :
(78a) Darlene Court East side from West Park Lane to
cul-de-sac
(396a) Vegas Court South side from Euclid to cul-de-
sac
That Subsections (14) Byron and (104) Terrace Drive of
Section 553, No Parking Here to Corner, of the 1999 Traffic Code,
are hereby repealed in their entirety; that new Subsections (14)
Byron and (104 ) Terrace Drive of Section 553, No Parking Here to
Corner, of the 1999 Traffic Code, are hereby enacted in lieu
thereof as follows :
(14) Byron North side in the 1500 block in ah
