ORDINANCE NO. 4366
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE WESTERN THIRTEEN
(13) FEET OF ASHLAND AVENUE GENERALLY LOCATED
BETWEEN BREES STREET AND THORSON AVENUE, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That part of Ashland Avenue right-of-way as platted in
Christie Addition that lies thirteen (13) feet East of
and adjacent to Block 3 of said Addition and North of
the North line of Brees Street and South of the South
line of Thorson Avenue (formally platted as Whitney
Avenue) , all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the city' s
retention of a permanent easement over, under and above the above
described property.
