ORDINANCE NO. 4367
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE NORTHERLY SEVEN (7)
FOOT OF THE SEVENTEEN (17) FOOT EASEMENT
ABUTTING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3939 VALDEZ
DRIVE GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF HUNTINGTON
ROAD, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA AND RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO.
4360 IN ITS ENTIRETY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The northerly seven (7) feet of that part of the
seventeen (17) foot wide easement retained over the
vacated Huntington Road right-of-way as dedicated in
Central Heights II Addition, that lies Easterly of a
line five (5) feet Easterly of and parallel with the
Southerly Extension of the Westerly line of Lot 167
Central Heights II Addition, and Westerly of the
Southerly extension of the Easterly line of Lot 167
said addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Ordinance No. 4360, be and the
same, is hereby rescinded in its entirety.
