ORDINANCE NO. 4375
• AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF FORRESTER
AVENUE GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF RAINBOW
DRIVE AND SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 218 SOUTHBOUND, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
That part of the forty-eight foot (48' ) wide Forester
Avenue right-of-way (also known as Forrester Avenue)
that lies North of a line drawn from the Southeasterly
corner of Lot 5 Auditor' s Whitney Road Plat to the
Southwest corner of Lot 8 Pattison' s Subdivision and
South of the extension Easterly of the North line of
vacated Fairbanks Drive, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the city' s
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above
the above described property.
