ORDINANCE NO. 4379
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE EAST-WEST ALLEY
GENERALLY LOCATED WESTERLY OF EAST 4TH STREET
BETWEEN MOSLEY AND RICKER STREETS, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following east-west alley:
The east-west 10 foot wide alley as platted in Block 2
Ricker and Bratnober' s Addition, more particularly
described as East of a line drawn from the Northwest
corner of Lot 14 Block 2 to the Southwest corner of Lot
8 Block 2 said addition, and West of a line drawn from
the Northeast corner of Lot 16 Block 2 to the Southeast
corner of Lot 6 Block 2 said addition, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the City' s
retention of a permanent utility easement over, under and above
the above described property.
