ORDINANCE NO. 4380
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 315 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 314, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Fifteen
(315) .
"315.
Lot 5 through 11 of Block 18 of Linden Place; also that
part of the alley as platted in Block 18 of Linden
Place that lies South of the North Line of Lot 11
extended Westerly, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One
and Two Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby
zoned as "R-3" Multiple Residence District as above
described. "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
