ORDINANCE NO. 4382
AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF THE PLATTED
DRAINAGE EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF
THE WAL-MART STORE LOCATED AT 1334 FLAMMANG
DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
Being a part of Lot 1 of Crossroads Plat No. 3 as
recorded in the Plat Book "W", page 85, City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa and being more
particularly described as follows :
Commencing at an Iron Pin set at the Southeast corner
of said Lot 1 thence; N 00°05' 00" W along the East
boundary line of said Lot 1 and the West right-of-way
line of Sarah Drive (a 60 feet right-of-way) , 69. 76
feet to the point of beginning. Thence S 89°51' 36" W,
215 . 83 feet to a point; thence N 00°05' 00" E, 24 . 97 feet
to a point; thence N 89°47' 16" E, 215. 87 feet to a point
in East boundary line of said Lot 1 and the West right-
