AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE FIFTEEN (15) FOOT
BUILDING LINE GENERALLY LOCATED AT 2000 TETON
DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The platted 15 ' building line that lies 15 ' West of and
parallel to the East line of Lot 1, Klingaman Park
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
