ORDINANCE NO. 4385
AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE TEN (10) FOOT
PORTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY ABUTTING PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 2000 TETON DRIVE, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows :
The 10 feet of Hoff Road right-of-way as deeded to the
city in the Klingaman Park Addition lying Easterly of
and adjacent to Lot 1 said addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the city' s
retention of a permanent easement over, under and above the above
described property.
