ORDINANCE NO. 4387
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 317 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 316, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Three Hundred Seventeen
(317) .
"317 .
Lots 70 and 71, except East 5 feet, Dixon Place Fourth
Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-1" Residence
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4", Multiple
Residence District, as above described, subject to the following
conditions :
1 . That the building is one story in design with a glass
and brick face on both frontages .
2 . That any air conditioning units or dumpsters are located
in a screened area on the site .
3. That the use of the site is restricted to professional
office use . "
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
