ORDINANCE NO. 4391
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1999 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
ADDING SUBSECTIONS (6a) ASHLAND AVENUE AND
(97a) MAIN STREET TO SECTION 543, THRU
STREETS; AND
REPEALING SUBSECTION (84) REBER AVENUE OF
SECTION 553, NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER; AND
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION
(84) REBER AVENUE OF SECTION 553, NO PARKING
HERE TO CORNER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsections (6a) Ashland Avenue and (97a) Main Street of
Section 543, Thru Streets, of the 1999 Traffic Code, are hereby
added as follows :
(6a) Ashland Avenue Kern Street to Riehl Street except
for stop at Dawson Street
( 97a) Main Street West 2nd Street to West 3rd Street
except for stop at Reber Avenue
That Subsection (84) Reber Avenue of Section 553, No Parking Here
to Corner, of the 1999 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that new Subsection (84) Reber Avenue of Section 553,
No Parking Here to Corner, of the 1999 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows :
(84) Reber Avenue North side in an easterly direction from
Fletcher Avenue; north side in a
westerly direction from Moir Street
