ORDINANCE NO. 4392
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1999 TRAFFIC CODE
BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (17) DYSART ROAD OF
SECTION 541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN
CERTAIN AREAS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A
NEW SUBSECTION (17) DYSART ROAD OF SECTION
541, INCREASING SPEED LIMITS IN CERTAIN
AREAS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Subsection (17) Dysart Road of Section 541, Increasing Speed
Limits in Certain Areas, of the 1999 Traffic Code, is hereby
repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection (17) Dysart Road
of Section 541, Increasing Speed Limits in Certain Areas, of the
1999 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(17) Dysart Road -
from Shaulis Rd. to the southern corporate limits 45 mph
INTRODUCED: November 1, 1999
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: November 1, 1999
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: November 1, 1999
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: November 1, 1999
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 1st day of November, 1999, and approved by
the Mayor on the 3rd day of November, 1999.
