HomeMy WebLinkAbout4146-01/16/1996 ORDINANCE NO. 4146 AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF ASH STREET AND SHILLIAM AVENUE RIGHTS-OF-WAY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF ALBANY STREET AND EAST OF MOBILE STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as follows: All that part of the 48 foot right-of-way known as Ash Street lying north of the north line of Albany Street and south of the south line of Shilliam Avenue, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; and also; All that part of the 60 foot right-of-way known as Shilliam Avenue lying east of the east line of Mobile Street and west of the extension northerly of the easterly line of Lot 1 , Block 3 , Shilliams Subdivision, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s retention of an easement over, under and above the described parcel and/or satisfactory relocation of sanitary sewer and other utilities located within the above described property.
