AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF BLUFF STREET RIGHT-OF-
WAY GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTHEASTERLY OF W. FIFTEENTH
STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described street right-of-way:
That part of I .N.R.C. Inc. ( formerly C.R.I . & P. Railroad) in
the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE 4 SW 4 ) of
Section No. 25, Township No. 89 North, Range No. 13 West of
the 5th P.M. , in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Lot No. 8 in
Beughley' s Plat of Outlots, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa;
thence South 49°04 ' 23" East 18. 01 feet (recorded as 18 feet)
along the Southwesterly line of said Lot No. 8 ; thence South
87°14' 06" East 16. 01 feet along the South line of said Lot No.
8; thence South 41°14 ' 04" West 34. 89 feet to a point 15 . 00
feet normal distance from the centerline of I .N.R.C. Inc.
tracks; thence North 49°04 ' 24" West 30. 55 feet parallel to
said centerline of I .N.R.C. Inc. tracks to the Southwesterly
extension of the Northwesterly line of said Lot No. 8 ; thence
