ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 70 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 69, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Seventy (70) .
"70.
Unplatted Wloo West E 239. 5 ft. N 5 A S 1/2 SE 1/4 NE 1/4 exc
street, Sec. 35, T89, R13, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-2" One and Two
Family Residence District to "C-Z" Conditional Zoning, as above
described, subject to the following conditions:
1. Hard surfacing of the driveway and parking lot by July 1,
1996.
2. No signage on the property.
3 . Effective screening of the parking area from surrounding
residences. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed
to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
