RESOLUTION NO. 2019-437
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH SCHUMACHER ELEVATOR COMPANY,
TO AMEND THE EXISTING ELEVATOR CON TRACTS INTO
ONE CONTRACT, WITH SAME START DATE AND TERM
OF SERVICE EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2019, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Contract, dated June 10, 2019, between Schumacher Elevator
Company, of Denver, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to amend the existing elevator
contracts into one contract, with same start date and term of service effective July 1, 2019, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of June 2019.
