RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FY 2020 AMBULANCE FEE
SCHEDULE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following fee schedule for Waterloo Fire Rescue ambulance services are hereby
approved as follows:
Advanced Life Support Emergent $723.79
Advanced Life Support Non -Emergent $644.17
Advanced Life Support II $1,043.00
Basic Life Support Non Emergent $382.84
Basic Life Support Emergent $607.00
Mileage $13.00/mile
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of June 2019.
