RESOLUTION NO. 2019-445
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR WORK PERFORMED
BY LODGE CONSTRUCTION, INC., OF CLARKSVILLE,
IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF $255,121.24, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2019 YARD WASTE WATER
AND SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION, CONTRACT NO. 952,
AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, Lodge Construction, Inc., of Clarksville, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2019 Yard Waste Water and Sanitary Sewer Extension, Contract No.
952, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Lodge Construction, Inc., has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of $255,121.24.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work for work performed by Lodge Construction, Inc., at a total cost of $255,121.24, in
conjunction with the FY 2019 Yard Waste Water and Sanitary Sewer Extension, Contract No.
952, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10t1i day of June 2019.
