BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That Section 312, Fees--Monthly and Reserved Ramp and Lot Parking of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety. That new Section 312, Fees--Monthly and Reserved Ramp and Lot Parking of the 1991 Traffic Code is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows: Sec. 312. Fees--Monthly and Reserved Ramp and Lot Parking. Parking spaces in either parking ramps or parking lots may be used for monthly parking upon payment of the required fee, IN ADVANCE. Upon payment of the required fee a parking sticker shall be issued, and displayed in a prominent location in the window of the vehicle. RAMP PARKERS WILL RECEIVE A PASS CARD THAT WILL REQUIRE A DEPOSIT.
