AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 34) BISMARK AVENUE OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION ( 34) BISMARK AVENUE
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 10) BISMARK AVENUE OF
SECTION 553 , NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER; AND
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION ( 10)
BISMARK AVENUE OF SECTION 553, NO PARKING HERE
TO CORNER.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection ( 34) Bismark Avenue of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at all Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
( 34) Bismark Avenue of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at all Times
on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows:
( 34) Bismark Avenue South side from Ansborough Avenue to
Evergreen Avenue; north side from
Evergreen Avenue to Magnolia Parkway;
south side from Magnolia Parkway to Knoll
Avenue
That Subsection ( 10) Bismark Avenue of Section 553, No Parking Here
to Corner, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection ( 10) Bismark Avenue of Section 553,
No Parking Here to Corner, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
( 10) Bismark Avenue South side in the 500 block in a westerly
direction from Magnolia Parkway; north
side in the 800 block in an easterly
direction from Ansborough Avenue
