ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 297 TO
SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 296,
of said Section, the following Subsection No. Two Hundred Ninety-
seven ( 297)
"297 .
The South Four Hundred Ninety-five ( 495. 00) feet of the East
Seven Hundred Ninety (790 .00) feet of the Southeast Quarter
(SE* ) of Section Thirty-three ( 33) , Township Ninety North
(T9ON) , Range Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, subject
to existing roadways along the South and East sides thereof
and a drainage easement as recorded in L.D. Book 548, Page
877 , Black Hawk County Recorder' s Office, containing 8 .98
acres including 1 .76 acres of roadway, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" ,
Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-1" ,
Light Industrial District as above described. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
