ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 72 TO
SECTION 2A-7N, CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-7N, of Ordinance No. 2479, as
amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 71, of
said Section, the following Subsection No. Seventy-two (72) .
"72
Lot 8, except the Southeasterly 77 feet thereof, and all of
Lot 9, all in Johnson' s Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-4", Multiple
Family Residence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-
Z" , Conditional Zoning as above described, subject to the
following conditions:
1. No sale of white goods or large appliances.
2. Ingress shall be from W. Fifth Street only, with the
alley to be used for egress from the site, and signage
designating ingress and egress shall be erected.
3 . Ground signage, including advertising for the store,
shall not exceed 12 square feet. "
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
