AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE EIGHT
FOOT PLATTED UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLY
LOCATED ALONG THE REAR LOT LINE OF PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 305 GREENBRIER ROAD IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The Southerly 3 feet of the Northerly 8 feet of Lot 60,
Greenbrier Third Addition, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: June 3 , 1996
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: June 3, 1996
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: June 10, 1996
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: June 10, 1996
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 10th day of June, 1996, and approved by
the Mayor on the 12th day of June, 1996.
