AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE TEN FOOT PLATTED
UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLT LOCATED ALONG THE
SOUTHERLY LINE OF LOT 9, SOUTHTOWN ADDITION,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The West 251 .39 feet of the South 10 . 00 feet, Lot 9,
Southtown, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: June 3 , 1996
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: June 3 , 1996
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: June 10, 1996
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: June 10, 1996
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
