AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF BLUFF
STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY GENERALLY LOCATED
NORTHWESTERLY OF WEST FOURTH STREET IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following street right-of-way:
That part of Bluff Street right-of-way, being Twenty-five ( 25)
feet in even width, lying Southwesterly of and adjacent to Lot
Ten ( 10) , Block Sixteen ( 16) , Original Plat of Waterloo West;
and also said Twenty-five ( 25) foot strip lying Southwesterly
of and adjacent to the Southeasterly Twenty ( 20) feet of Lot
Nine ( 9) , Block Sixteen (16) , Original Plat of Waterloo West,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to proposed
parking lot improvements and the City' s retention of a utility
easement over, under and above the above described property.
