HomeMy WebLinkAbout4175-07/01/1996 ORDINANCE. NO. 4175 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBSECTION NO. 298 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479 , as amended, be further amended by adding after Subsection No. 297, of said Section, the following Subsection No. 298 (Two Hundred Ninety- Eight) "298 Lot 8 and the Southerly 115 feet of the Easterly 34 feet of Lot 9, except for highway, all in Dean Dale, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, " now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "C-2" , Commercial District as above described, subject to the following conditions: 1. The property at 66 W. Airline Highway shall be limited to the following uses: 1 or 2 family residence, professional office or a sales office for manufactured homes, including the sale of items associated with manufactured homes. 2. The proposed sales office and storage building shall meet all requirements of the commercial building code. 3. There shall be no outside storage allowed on the lot to be rezoned. 4 . Concrete pads and skirting shall be installed under all manufactured homes to be displayed on the adjoining lot to the east. 5. All vehicular parking areas, including ingress and egress, shall be hard surfaced. " Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
