AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 83) DONALD STREET (W) OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION ( 83) DONALD STREET (W)
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection ( 83) Donald Street (W) of Section 551, '?riling
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
( 83) Donald Street (W) of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All
Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
( 83) Donald Street (W) Both sides from Logan Avenue to Heath
Street; both sides from Medina Road to
west end of Donald Street just past the
dike

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: July 1, 1996
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: July 1, 1996
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: July 1 , 1996
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 1st day of July, 1996, and approved by the
Mayor on the 3rd day of July, 1996.
