AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE SIDEWALK ADJACENT
TO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1625, 1633 AND 1639
ROBIN ROAD IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described platted utility easement:
The sidewalk adjacent to Lots 86 & 87 and the Westerly 10
feet of Lot 85, Huntington Park, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: July 8, 1996
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: July 8, 1996
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: July 8, 1996
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: July 8, 1996
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
