AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF WEST
SEVENTH STREET GENERALLY LOCATED
NORTHEASTERLY OF COMMERCIAL STREET AND
CONTINUING TO THE CEDAR RIVER IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described right-of-way:
The platted eighty feet (80 ' ) right-of-way of West 7th Street
lying between Fractional Blocks 7 and 8, Original Plat of
Waterloo, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the City' s
retention of an easement over, under, and above the above
described parcel .
INTRODUCED: July 8, 1996
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: July 8, 1996
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: July 8, 1996
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: July 8, 1996
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 8th day of July, 1996, and approved by the
Mayor on the 10th day of July, 1996 .
