AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF BROOKPARK
ROAD AND CRESTWOOD DRIVE IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTRY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Crestwood Drive
That part of the public 60 foot wide right-of-way known as
Crestwood Drive that lies southerly and easterly of a line
drawn parallel to and 15 feet southeasterly of the
southeasterly line of Tract N of Cedar Crest Addition
extended northeasterly across said right of way, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Brookpark Road
That part of the public 60 foot wide right-of-way known as
Brookpark Road that lies southerly and easterly of a line
drawn parallel to and 15 feet southeasterly of the
southeasterly line of Tract N of Cedar Crest Addition
extended southwesterly across said right-of-way, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s
retention of a permanent easement over, under and above the above
described property for utilities, storm and sanitary sewers and
ingress and egress purposes.

PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: August 5, 1996
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: August 12, 1996
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: August 19, 1996
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 19th day of August, 1996, and approved by
the Mayor on the 21st day of August, 1996.
