AN ORDINANCE VACATING SIDEWALK ADJACENT TO
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 316 MARTHA STREET IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTRY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The sidewalk adjacent to the North 1/2 of Lot 7, Block 6,
Brown Hall Addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: August 5, 1996
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: August 5, 1996
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: August 12, 1996
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: August 19, 1996
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 19th day of August, 1996, and approved by
the Mayor on the 21st day of August, 1996.
