AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE EIGHT
( 8) FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE RESIDENCE AT 1237
EDGEWOOD DRIVE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTRY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following described utility easement:
The Southerly 5 feet of the Northerly 8 feet, except the
Easterly 8 feet, of Lot 33 in Central Heights Addition, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: August 5, 1996
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: August 5, 1996
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: August 12, 1996
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: August 19, 1996
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 19th day of August, 1996, and approved by
the Mayor on the 21st day of August, 1996.
