AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE "C--Z" CONDITIONAL
ZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1460 ANSBOROUGH
AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
The Easterly 50 feet of Lot 1, in Meadowdale Second Filing,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "C-Z"
Conditional Zoning use for an art gallery, be and the same is
hereby changed for "C-Z" Conditional Zoning use for cats only or
"feline clinic" as above described.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.

PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: August 12, 1996
