AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE BY:
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 358) SOUTH STREET OF
SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU
THERE OF A NEW SUBSECTION ( 358) SOUTH STREET
OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Subsection ( 358) South Street of Section 551, Parking
Prohibited at All Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic
Code, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that a new Subsection
( 358) South Street of Section 551, Parking Prohibited at All
Times on Certain Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
( 358) South Street Northeast side from W. Mullan Avenue to
W. 9th Street; southwest side from W.
9th Street to W. 11th Street; southwest
side from Mullan Avenue to W. 1st Street

PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: August 12, 1996
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: August 19, 1996
