AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1991 TRAFFIC CODE
BY:
ADDING NEW SUBSECTION ( 33a) BROADWAY ST. AND
WAGNER RD. TO SECTION 540, OBEDIENCE TO
OFFICIAL TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES; AND
REPEALING SUBSECTION ( 15) BROADWAY STREET OF
SECTION 543 , THRU STREETS; AND ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SUBSECTION ( 15) BROADWAY
STREET TO SECTION 543, THRU STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That a new Subsection ( 33a) Broadway St. and Wagner Rd. is hereby
added to Section 540, Obedience to Official Traffic-Control
Devices , of the 1991 Traffic Code, as follows:
( 33a) Broadway St. and Wagner Rd. --Full Actuated
That Subsection ( 15) Broadway Street of Section 543, Thru
Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that a new Subsection ( 15) Broadway Street of Section
543 , Thru Streets, of the 1991 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in
lieu thereof as follows:
( 15) Broadway Street Utica Street to Airline Boulevard except
for traffic signals at Park Road, Conger
Street, West Parker Street, Burton
Avenue, Donald Street, Cedar Bend,
Wagner Road, and Ramp A ( from Highway
