AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF POWER
STREET, NORTH OF HAWTHORNE AVENUE IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
All of the 25 foot wide public right-of-way known as Power
Street, that lies Northerly of the Northerly line of Hawthorne
Avenue, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City' s retention
of an easement over, under and above the described parcel.
INTRODUCED: September 9, 1996
PASSED 1ST CONSIDERATION: September 9, 1996
PASSED 2ND CONSIDERATION: September 9, 1996
PASSED 3RD CONSIDERATION: September 9, 1996
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, on the 9th day of September, 1996, and approved by
the Mayor on the 11th day of September, 1996.
